The Source ANZ

The Source ANZ is an innovative intranet site developed to help the various departments at ReachLocal find and access company resources, sales collateral and process documentation, as well as be a portal for easy access to the various sites and tools used on a daily basis by our employees. I led the production of this site from design, development (Drupal CMS), to testing and launch stages. I now manage all the resources linked to The Source ANZ and oversee updates and additions on a weekly basis.

I developed this site with the end user always in mind, creating a variety of ways for a user to locate the resource they are after. The Source ANZ provides pages, tools and a library with the ability to filter and sort resources. The intelligent search function was built to enable users to find what they are after even if they don’t know the correct name of the resource, using tags to pull in further information about the content, including topics, keywords, departments, and related products or services.

The recent addition of the Solution Snapshot has furthered the usability of the site. This tool allows users to easily see and choose resources related to a particular digital solution which we offer. Resources are sorted by solution, and you can simply switch between ‘Pre-Sale’ and ‘Post-Sale’ views to find what you are after. This tool has been enthusiastically received by both Sales and Service teams across the business.
